However, I asked a GO about this and this is the answer:

If hes sending 2k lf at u  and they obviously have no chance of winning i call that
suicide and therefore pushed resourses
So no u could not keep the debri .
Also the attacking player could recieve a ban for attempting to push  a a higher
player.
The debri if u did ninja him should be forwrded to a GO planet -1 334 10 is mine
and u should also reply to this ticketsaying that u have done so
