Trispy[Prism] vs Pilnmeness[] /Turtle /Sat. crash /Mini Tele

Solar satelite crash, to soften this small turtle I had to fire 22 rockets at him and destroyed 21 plasmas and 24 gauss guns. I wonder what this guy was up to since he has Nanite lvl. 1 on this planet !?
