Tele vs. Yourself [URF] 663%

I saw this loverly neighbor go idle around midnight often for about 1.5hrs ... Yesterday I attacked, a bit late, too impulsive. Tonight I waited for him to become idle again... but what I saw ! He went idle early.

I probed - no fleet. Quick - he has Rips, I know what time he's active on ogame - he could have only fleetsaved 40% speed and lower.

I made visible debris... and waited. Because I couldn't make it in time with my fleet if 40% was the case... I only casually watched debris whether it disappeared when it would have... nope, that's not it.

10 mins later - got down to business and started intensively watching galaxy... 12 mins later... DF disappeared - he fsed 30% speed. I launched fleet. 10 mins after launching he wrote me congratulating :) 5 seconds. The hit:
