Tonight, I sent out 5 waves of 300 bs (the last 2 waves with some lc) to smash a bunker and take ~3 million resources. It was a 1hr15min flight. With 20 minutes remaining, something came up and I had to leave. I came back a few hours later to a pile of messages. One from the defender saying "lol." I looked at the reports, and time after time, I saw the attacker losing 18,000,000. 1500 bs in total are gone.
I am 30 minutes away from getting 99% of the debris. ~28kk is sitting outside his planet still, he went to sleep as he lives in Europe, without collecting the df. I think he sent his recs, so some of the df will be gone, I think, but who knows.
Sad and stupid thing is, his fleet has ~300 bs, 200 cruisers, and a little fodder. I should have sent more fleet, as I had 1100 bs still sitting at home, but he was normally offline at that time, so I wasn't quite as concerned.
I will be rebuilding the bs, then most likely going (v) mode and handing off the account.
I was already considering quitting yesterday and this morning. Now with this happening, the cancer that is ogame hits me full force. But time will tell.
My only consolations for tonight are the following:
1) I will win poker tonight (praying)
2) He did not get a moon on 5 20% tries. Considering I have killed 12k of my own lf the past 1.5 weeks in g4, with success, it makes me happy that he did not get one either. Granted, he already has a moon and chooses to use a bunker in a different ss to store his fleet/res, but no difference.

You know I will try to convince you to stay, mines will do it too... plans is what keeps me going at this game.
